I finally have the courage to start accepting and loving the body God gave me. Snatched is a beautiful community of wonderful humans. Ridiculous humans? Yes. But, overall truly inspirational individuals. Staff AND members.

For the first time ever, I feel comfortable working out in front of others. The nurturing environment and welcoming classmates gave me the power to achieve my WHY.

Snatched helped me realize the importance of a community. That I am so much stronger in a group. I can’t do it alone. MFF not only helps you jump start your health and hotness goals but, more importantly, it gives you the tools to sustain this new You for the long haul.

After years of yo-yo dieting, weight gain / loss, self-deprecation and loathing my body, I finally feel like I have found a place where I can grow, nurture and find the courage to love my body – and in turn eventually have the strength to love me – 100%.
