Ready to kick some serious ass?! Adding semi-private training sessions to your Snatched journey has proven time and time again to be the very best way to ensure that you get the most out of your six-week adventure.
This style of training allows our skilled (and totally insane) staff to create a unique weight training program just for you. You’ll execute that program in small groups of up to three people, allowing you to push yourself harder and train even smarter.

During Snatched you will be getting three one-hour classes per week that utilize body weight, resistance band, and kettlebell exercises. These classes will primarily serve as your cardio workouts. So, for your extra two days of physical activity each week you should ideally lift some heavy weights.
That said, our classes are a great option if semi-private training doesn’t quite fit in your budget and you know you do best with instruction.

Nutrition is KEY to getting results during Snatched and we recommend that you consume a shit-ton (actual dietary term) of protein. Unless you plan on eating three whole chickens per day, you might benefit from using a protein supplement.
We sell a quality brand on-site at the MFF Clubhouse and you save money when you buy in bulk. Two containers should be enough to get most of you through the program. Each one makes about 30 shakes. Yummy!
