Walking through the doors of MFF for every workout was the part of my day I looked forward to most. Regardless of how I was feeling before, I’d walk in and instantaneously feel transformed. The trainers and fellow Snatcheders create an atmosphere that is teeming with love and encouragement. It is because of them that I have become a better person.
Because of Snatched, for the first time in my life, I feel strong! I surprised myself every day with what I am capable of doing with my body. I felt the power of my body, both internally and externally, grow exponentially.
I learned how to move gracefully through a workout with proper technique while having a fucking blast. I understand the importance of what I put in my body and how it affects my health and hotness. I’ve found a passion for cooking and using ingredients that fuel my mind and body. Because of Snatched, I feel like I am living my best self, and that’s the greatest gift.
